Cravath Represents Unilever in its Acquisition of Murad

July 2, 2015 -- Unilever announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire Murad, a leading clinical skincare brand. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is representing Unilever in connection with this transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Cravath team is being led by partners Mark I. Greene and Aaron M. Gruber and includes associates Michael E. Mariani and Christopher S. Boutros (M&A); Of Counsel Michael L.
