MINNEAPOLIS/ DENVER (Jan. 11, 2017)—Stinson Leonard Street LLP is pleased to announce that Deborah Bayles has been named managing partner of the firm's Denver office and Jill Radloff has been named managing partner of the firm's Minneapolis office. Bayles and Radloff are the first women to serve as managing partner in their respective offices.

In the role of managing partner, they will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to identify and execute on opportunities, communicate and liaison with constituents and serve as points of contact within their communities. Both will continue practicing and serving clients.

Bayles joined the firm in 2013 after serving as a shareholder at Jones & Keller in Denver. She represents banks and private businesses in a full range of commercial transactions including, loan and lease transactions secured by real estate, business assets, equipment, stock/ownership interests and intellectual property as well as serving as an outside general counsel to many private business clients, particularly those with a real estate an intellectual property focus.

She has worked on several high profile transactions in Colorado. In particular, she represented Community Banks of Colorado in the negotiation and documentation of a $13.7 million loan to construct the Ice Ranch at Boulder Valley— a 160,000 square foot ice rink and recreational facility in the town of Superior, Colo. She also represented Nexus Corporation, a long time private business client and leading manufacturer of commercial greenhouses, in a $25 million sale to Gibraltar Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROCK).

Before joining the firm, Bayles served as the Chief Legal Officer for a privately-held, venture backed eCommerce company. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.

Radloff joined the firm in 2001. She is a healthcare and corporate and securities law attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions of all sizes including cross-border transactions. She represents individuals, companies and venture capital and private equity funds on investments and provides advice to public companies on securities law compliance and start-up companies on capital raising activities. She represents clients across the United States in the healthcare insurance, property and casualty insurance, finance, agribusiness, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing and software industries.

She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
