Tom Banducci has been practicing law in Idaho for almost 30 years, including 14 years running the litigation department at
the Boise office of Stoel Rives, LLP. He has developed considerable expertise in various areas of commercial litigation
including complex contractual disputes, unfair business practice claims, trade secret misappropriation, products liability,
construction litigation, employment, and technology failure claims. In August 2007, he and his partner, Wade Woodard,
