James Quillinan is a member of the

Mr. Quillinan's practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships and related litigation.
He is a past chair of the State Bar of California's Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section. As a frequent lecturer
and author for the State Bar of California and for the Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), he lectures and publishes
extensively in industry and professional forums on numerous topics, including postmortem planning and dispute resolution.
Mr. Quillinan earned his Juris Doctor degree from
Santa Clara University
and his bachelor's degree from
Stanford University. He was admitted to
the
State Bar of California in
1974. He is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning, trust and probate law.
Mr. Quillinan is a fellow of the
American College of Trust and Estate
Counsel, and is admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of
the United State of America.
