comments: Mr. Anibal Sabater was a speaker at an ICDR Young & International-organized symposium on "Confronting Cultural Differences in International Arbitration". His remarks proved a deep and thoughtful expertise of the intricacies of an international dispute well beyond the average. Especially with relation to Latin America but also if European parties are involved, I would recommend Mr. Sabater for any international commercial and international investment dispute resolved by arbitration without any hesitation and with no constraints as to the underlying complexities and beyond that also in the enforcement of the award stage not only in Texas but also for any action in a Californian court this might entail.
