comments: Kit Belt and I tried a products liability case for a week in a rural venue --he represented the plaintiff and I represented the sole remaining defendant. I have been practicing for 17 years, and Kit is one of the hardest working attorneys I have seen on the other side of a case. He is exceptionally well prepared and genuinely has his clients' best interest at heart. He is bright and determined. I so respect his ability that I have had him to look at bringing a suit for myself personally. That he told me that I did not have a claim worth pursuing speaks to his ability to carefully screen cases and to give clients practical advice, and is also evidence of his ethics. He is a fine lawyer and I am happy to recommend him.

comments: I have known Kit for years. Kit is a very intelligent, creative, energetic and responsible Plaintiff's attorney.
