Tom Banducci has been practicing law in Idaho for almost 30 years, including 14 years running the litigation department at
the Boise office of Stoel Rives, LLP. He has developed considerable expertise in various areas of commercial litigation
including complex commercial disputes, unfair business practice claims, breach of fiduciary duty, products liability,
construction litigation, employment, and technology failure claims.
In August 2007, Tom and his partner, Wade Woodard, secured their clients the largest jury verdict ever awarded in the State
of Idaho in a matter involving a business partnership dispute. More recently, Banducci and Woodard garnered a $4 million
verdict for their clients in a Fair Housing Act dispute—one of the largest FHA verdicts in history.
