rates/fees: I do not know his rates. However he is one fo the best I have ever seen in civil matters and would be worth the rate of the best.

comments: Ken Smith ask for my expertise in valuation matters in which I testified for him. In order to testify, he prepared me with a very tough session before depositions and trial to be sure we were on the same page of understanding. I was surprised at his ability to understand appraiser language and theory. He was veyr sharp and I do not believe I was ever in a case with him that we lost the battle.

relationship: other - Co-counsel in defense of a major case by the City of Atlant (Action by the City to recover hotel occupancy taxes, noit from the hotels, but from on line reservation companies)

rates/fees: Since Ken Smith was cocounsel and represented only some of the defendants, I was not priviy to his hourly rates or statement.

comments: Ken Smith is a very poised and polished lawyer who would be impossible for a court or jury to dislike. He is very calm, virtually unflappable and comes across very credibly, professionally and as a complete gentleman.
