Debra Alligood White is a partner in Milbank’s Global Corporate Group, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. White’s practice focuses on outsourcing transactions, particularly offshore technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing. She has negotiated information technology, applications development and maintenance, call center, business process and project management outsourcing and co-sourcing transactions for clients including The Home Depot, PepsiCo, Aetna Life Insurance Company, Lehman Brothers and Black & Veatch. Ms. White also worked with TXU Electric Delivery to structure its broadband-over-powerline services agreement with Current Communications.
The Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2006 guide ranks Ms. White as a leader in the fields of Business Process Outsourcing and Technology & IT Outsourcing.
Debra Alligood White earned her A.B. from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was Chief Comment Editor of Volume 40 of the UCLA Law Review and a recipient of an Association of Academic Women "Graduate Woman of the Year" award.
