Brazil); the lenders in the Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Project in the US; the underwriters in the El Cajon Hydroelectric Project in Mexico; the lenders in the Gresik Copper Smelter
and Refining Project in Indonesia; the sponsors in the Mangalore Power Project in India and the lenders in the Jorf Lasfar Power Project in Morocco. He is currently representing a
variety of sponsors and lenders in their development and financing efforts in Latin America and the US.
Mr. Bartfeld has been the featured speaker at numerous industry conferences and has been recognized by a number of publications as one of the country’s leading
project finance lawyers.
Mr. Bartfeld is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the George Washington University National Law Center. He is admitted to practice in New York.
