comments: Michael is among a rare breed. He was always prepared for motions, depositions and trial. On many occasions, the “bad guys” filed the same motion 3 or 4 times and still did not prevail against Michael. During an in-chambers session with the judge, Michael was complimented as always being prepared, being on time and knowing the law and the evidence code. The judge commented to me, “If I had legal problems, I would not hesitate to ask Mr. Kelly to represent me.” High praise indeed from a senior judge. The defendants spent millions of dollars with at least nine lawyers from a “top five” international defense firm. Michael and his team were professional, “spot on” the issues and prevailed. They were not intimidated. They operated with the highest integrity and are a reminder that even in today’s climate, it is not necessary to stoop to conquer. Thanks, Michael. | | | service | 10 | | expertise | 10 | | quality | 10 | | overall | 10 | | recommend? | yes

comments: The negative jokes they say about lawyers do not apply in any way to Michael Kelly. I am proud and thankful to have him and his firm representing me. Throughout this difficult time of my life he was there for me not just in legal matters, which he uncovered many smoking guns, but he and his firm were also there for me on an emotional level. Besides just fighting hard and fair for me, he and many in his firm have become my friends. Michael Kelly has gone above and beyond, even helping with persoal expenses. I write this review before we have gone to trial, yet win or lose I have found a winner in Michael Kelly. | | | service | 10 | | expertise | 10 | | quality | 10 | | overall | 10 | | recommend? | yes
