KENNETH J. ALLEN was graduated from VALPARAISO UNIVERSITY with a BA in English, attended CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY
(England) where he was a member of the Boxing Team (CUABC) and received his JD, cum laude, from INDIANA

100 trials and published appellate court decisions. His cases have been listed among the country’s "Top 100 Verdicts" and
recognized in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Crane's Chicago Business, Chicago Sun Times and the Chicago Tribune, among
other publications. He has been named as Class Counsel in several class actions including: In Re South Shore Train Crash at
Gary, Indiana on January 18, 1993, In Re: Nurseryland Bus Crash at Gary, Indiana on June 25, 1998; and In re Truck/Train
