Paul M. Altman is the chair of the firm’s Business Department and heads the Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group. His practice involves alternative entities, including partnerships and limited liability companies, and focuses primarily on the formation of private equity investment funds.

An active member of the state and national bar, Paul serves on several committee task forces related to alternative entity law. He has co-authored numerous journal articles and often lectures on the subject of limited partnerships and limited liability companies at continuing legal education seminars. In law school, Paul served as a case and comment editor of the Villanova Law Review.
