Kenneth J. Baronsky is a partner in the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he has worked for more than 17 years. He is the Managing Partner of the firms' Los Angeles office, where he also chairs the Global Corporate Group.

Mr. Baronsky is recognized as a leading corporate and securities lawyer. He represents public and privately-held companies, investment banks, hedge funds, distressed funds and private equity funds in public offerings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, and other sophisticated transactions.

Mr. Baronsky is a member of the State Bar of California where he serves on the Legal Opinions Subcommittee of the Business Law Section. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Baronsky worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Burlington Northern and Charles Schwab & Co.
