finance and energy practice. Mr. Feo represents sponsors and investors in the energy and infrastructure industries and

Mr. Feo graduated with a B.A. and J.D. from UCLA, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the Board of Editors of the
UCLA Law Review and Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Aquarium of the Pacific and the
Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Sailing Foundation.
