Ms. Glaser received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers
University. At Rutgers, she served on the Law Review and as President of the Student Bar Association. After law school,
she clerked for Federal District Court Judge Hon. David W. Williams in the Central District of California.

- Successfully defending before a jury an international toy manufacturer and distributor accused of trade mark
infringement.
Securities Matters
- In an SEC investigation of a major client of the firm, presenting extensive and compelling documentation, after which
the Commission terminated its investigation.
- Successfully prosecuting before a jury a 10b-5 claim against a major broker dealer involving a private placement
memorandum.
Real Estate
- Representing the international real estate brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis and one of its executives in a trial where
the plaintiff was claiming more than $15 million in lost profits. The jury deliberated less than an hour before delivering
a verdict in favor of the client.
Consumer and Class Actions
- Securing the dismissal of a class action lawsuit seeking $4 million in damages against entertainer Miley Cyrus and her
holding company.
- Handling consumer and securities class action litigation in a variety of jurisdictions.
Breach of Contract
- For the design firm owned by well-known architect Frank Gehry, obtaining the dismissal of a breach of contract lawsuit
claiming more than $22 million in damages.
Transportation
- Representing the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority in an appeal which concluded 14 years of
litigation, affirmed the lifting of a ten-year consent decree and denied a motion for contempt sanctions against the MTA.
