Background:

Prior to his 17 years as a plaintiff attorney, Dr. Heimberg gained defense firm experience as a product liability lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP.

Dr. Heimberg also spent several years in Washington, D.C. as a health law attorney, focusing on the law of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he served as a special assistant to the assistant secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Q&A Best moment of career: When I saw my favorite client, Denise Martinez, a beautiful young girl who is a paraplegic due to medical malpractice, years later roll down the runaway as a model in a fashion show.
