comments: Howard Eilen is considered the number one mediator for securities arbitrations in the country both by attorneys for investors and attorneys for brokerage firms because of his strong expertise and interpersonal skills, his impartiality, and his ability to work with the parties to get cases settled. He is second to none.

comments: Howard has mediated roughly 30 cases for my clients. In each, he has done a superb job. He quickly gains the confidence of all parties involved, as well as their counsel, gently but firmly moves the parties to common ground, and gets the cases settled. He's settled every case I've done with him. He's very good at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the parties' positions and at convincing the parties of their respective risks. I'd recommend him to anyone, anytime.

rates/fees: I think Howard's rates are very reasonable for the service he provides.
comments: Howard is a terrific mediator, with a gentle yet evaluative approach. I've used him numerous times (often at the suggestion of opposing counsel) and his success rate is very high. Howard has a nice way of pointing out your weaknesses, and of championing your strong points, and he has tremendous credibility when he expresses his opinion as to the "value" of the case.
