David Lively is a member of the

State Bar of California in 1978,
and is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Lively
is a member of the
Santa Clara County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Mr. Lively served as a founding partner in the firm of Olimpia, Whelan & Lively, from 1986
to 2005. While there, his primary areas of practice were construction, real estate, commercial litigation and transactions.
