Any list of bankruptcy law experts "must include" Elizabeth Warren. A prolific writer and Harvard Law School professor, Warren's specialty is bankruptcy issues that affect families and the elderly. Her 2003 book, "The Two Income Trap: Why Middle-Class Mothers and Fathers Are Going Broke," received significant media attention and her 2005 book, "All Your Worth," hit the best-seller list. She's been quoted by CNN Money, CBS News, The New Yorker and The Wall Street Journal. Warren also directed the National Bankruptcy Review Commissions study of federal bankruptcy laws and drafted its report to Congress.
