The New York lawyer is the author of the Sarbanes-Oxley Deskbook, a two-volume guide hailed as "the bible for securities lawyers" by Fortune magazine. He also advises companies and directors on corporate-governance matters. In addition to this work, Bostelman handles major corporate deals.
