Aronson helped in the successful defense of shareholder challenges to Bank of America’s merger with Countrywide Financial, and he is currently defending Broadcom’s former GC in SEC and shareholder lawsuits.



Aronson obtained a complete defense jury verdict on behalf of Tenet Healthcare accused by its founders of failing to honor several millions in stock options.


In addition to being the managing partner of the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers, Seth Aronson also chairs the firmwide securities litigation practice. In early 2005, he won a victory in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for client Lockheed Martin, and has won other litigation victories for the likes of Watson Pharmaceuticals, KPMG, La Senza Corp and Skechers USA.
