Prominent companies and individuals in trouble flock to Brad Brian when they need a lawyer, putting him on "everyone's short list for high-profile criminal defense in California." The civil and criminal litigator has advised Fortune 500 companies ranging from Northrop Grumman and Boeing to Motorola and Teledyne. Brian has achieved several notable victories, including a 2002 decision in which a trial judge threw out a $78 million fraud verdict against William E. Simon & Sons, the investment firm of former California gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon. He also represented Thomas Spiegel, the former chairman of Columbia Savings & Loan, who was acquitted on 45 criminal counts in 1994.
