(1999 - 2002) Represented McKesson HBOC's Audit Committee in internal investigation and Company in multi-billion dollar securities litigation.
(2002 - 2004) Represented CTF Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in highly-publicized arbitration and litigation against Marriott International, Inc.
(2003-2004) Lead trial counsel for DaimlerChrysler, AG victory over Kirk Kerkorian's multi-billion dollar securities action selected by The National Law Journal as "Top Defense Win of 2005".
(2006) Successful argument of appeal in Third Circuit Court of Appeals, which affirmed judgment in 2007.
(2004 - present) Lead defense counsel for Jakks Pacific, Inc. in federal RICO and antitrust actions by World Wresting Entertainment, Inc. in S.D.N.Y. and related securities class action litigation. WWE's action was dismissed in its entirety on December 21, 2007, and securities class action was dismissed in January 2008, with leave to replead.
