Represented IBP in its successful 2001 action to compel specific performance of its merger agreement with Tyson Foods and Bank of America in 2007 litigation in Dutch and American courts that cleared the way for its purchase of LaSalle Bank from ABN Amro.
Also represented Larry Silverstein from 2001-06 in the World Trade Center coverage litigation against his insurers and obtained affirmance of the jury verdict that there were two "occurrences" on 9/11. |
