| There are many, many cases that I have worked on that I think are worthy of merit, but I'll limit myself to two recent cases (both within the last year or so) which readily come to mind:
(1) Ginsburg v. Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. (Del. 2008) -- DE Supreme Court recently affirmed the Court of Chancery's approval of a class action settlement. The Court held two oral arguments in the appeal in less than one month.
(2) Louisiana Municipal Police Employees’ Retirement System v. Crawford, 2007 Del. LEXIS 27 (Del. Ch. Feb. 23, 2007) (denying in part, broad preliminary injunction sought by class plaintiffs and Express Scripts against Caremark-CVS merger), appeal refused, Express Scripts, Inc. v. Crawford, 2007 Del. LEXIS 101 (Del. Mar. 8, 2007)).
Other notable cases are mentioned on my firm's website. |
