| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| My research with generational issues in the workplace pointed to a future talent shortage and shift in expectations between younger and older workers in professional services firms. I knew that law firms, in particular, would face this problem to such an extent that it would render many of them insolvent in the next decade. I wanted to work with firms that were open to change and interested in developing a strong competitive advantage for the future. |
