| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| My academic research and teaching experience with Millennials (a.k.a. Generation Y or Echo Boomers) showed me that different generations have different experiences and expectations for work, something that sets up new challenges and opportunities for employers. Helping firms to overcome challenges and turning those into strategic opportunities for change in a marketplace for talent that seems to transmute by the second is an intriguing challenge that I like to meet. |
