How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)?
Worked as a professional business developer for a top accounting firm and also a marketing director of a regional law firm. While serving in those positions, many lawyers would ask me for my advice and counsel, so I opened my own business doing so.
 
What is the best thing about working with lawyers?
Level of intelligence and sophistication.
