Our areas of specialization include antitrust, intellectual property, securities, and general damages in a wide variety of industries such as financial institutions, accounting, energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, high technology and telecommunications. My personal area of focus is securities litigation. |

| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| Twenty nine years ago I joined a general management consulting firm that happened to do a small amount of litigation consulting. I loved the challenges of such work and began focusing 100% of my energy on the economic analysis of issues arising in complex litigation. We started Cornerstone Research almost 20 years ago to focus on such work and to create a firm with strong values built on a commitment to excellence and a vibrant culture. |

| The sometimes unpredictable nature of the work. |

| What has been the most satisfying moment of your career thus far? |
| There are so many! Most recently, it would be the experience in the JDS Uniphase case. |

| What are your favorite activities outside the law? |
| Spending time with my family. Also, helping to make Cornerstone better and better every year and helping the staff succeed professionally and personally. |
