| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| Mr. Hildebrandt formed Hildebrandt, Inc. in 1975 to provide a broad range of management and consulting advice to law firms, law departments and government agencies. He has built the company, now known as Hildebrandt International, into the preeminent management consulting firm for the legal profession and heads its international practice. |
