Consulting services you provide:
I lead Baker Robbins & Company’s Records Management | Workflow | Risk Management solution lines. My specialties are business process reviews and the design and implementation of enterprise-wide information programs, including records management, new business intake, conflicts of interest, intellectual property docket management, litigation case management, and automated workflow. I am also a member of Baker Robbins' Information Life Cycle Management Group where I team with email and document management experts to develop practical and defensible digital records management strategies.

How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)?
Two pivotal events: When I graduated from college, I was asked, "What can you do?" As a philosophy major, I answered, "I can think." "Ahh," I was told, "but can you type?" That led me to graduate school where I majored in information analysis and classification. The second event was when I was working for Informatics (one of the first providers of integrated business solutions for lawyers). I was responsible for post-sales implementations of LTMS accounting and Wang word processing. One October, our sales team sold and Wang installed Wang laser printers at a prominent law firm before the printers were supported by the Wang operating system. I decided then to become a consultant so I could prevent such implementation disasters.

These same characteristics.

What has been the most satisfying moment of your career thus far?
