| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| I practiced corporate law in New York City for close to 15 years, and then left practice to enter the business world. Several years later I was offered an opportunity to join a legal staffing company, which seemed like a good mix for me -- a business connected to the legal profession. After several years, two colleagues and I decided to form our own company. We've never looked back. |

| What is the best thing about working with lawyers? |
| Because I came from that background -- big firm NYC law practice, in my case -- I generally understand how they think and what they need, what's important to them, what pressures they're under. I can give them the confidence that we'll get the job done with a level of performance and service they need and expect. |

| What is the worst thing about working with lawyers? |
| None -- I'd rather deal with lawyers than any other group. |

| What has been the most satisfying moment of your career thus far? |
| Realizing, at a holiday party after just our second full year in business, that we'd already had far greater success than we'd ever imagined possible when we formed the company. |

| What are your favorite activities outside the law? |
| Bike riding (especially in foreign countries), skiing (especially out West), and spending time with my family. |
