| How did you come to hold your present position (specifically, what led you to become a legal recruiter, marketing consultant, etc.)? |
| I was a litigator for ten years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Paul Hastings, and was heavily involved in the Firms' recruiting efforts during my time there. That, plus my degree in labor relations, made recruiting a natural fit when I decided to stop practicing law. |

| What is the best thing about working with lawyers? |
| The best thing about working with lawyers is that they are smart and sophisticated people. They are respectful of the services we provide and we are often able to work collaboratively to create results that work well for everyone |

| What has been the most satisfying moment of your career thus far? |
| The most satisfying moments are when we make placements that are career altering for an individual attorney, particularly when they come at particularly difficult stages of that attorney’s career. It has also been incredibly gratifying to watch Lexolution grow into a leading temporary legal staffing company and to become connected to the many wonderful clients and contract attorneys we associate with on a daily basis. |

| What are your favorite activities outside the law? |
| My family is my pride and joy. I have a wonderful wife, Liz, and two outstanding sons, Zac and Andrew. |
