It has all been great. On two occasions I had the opportunity to find a solution to a seemingly impossible impediment that allowed major transactions to close.

Worst moment of career:
Being in a Board meeting when the family members of a major family-controlled company had to approve a resolution to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Skiing, fly fishing and golf.

What is your proudest accomplishment on behalf of your firm:
Recent receipt of the Sager Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association for the best achievements by a large firm in diversity.
