What is your proudest accomplishment on behalf of your firm:
Negotiating the lease of our new offices and overseeing the entire build out and move. Also, being the Managing Partner of the firm during a period of tremendous growth both from a financial and visibility perspectives.

If there is one thing you could do over as managing partner/chairperson, what is it?
No one thing stands out. I tend not to look back only forward.

Is there anything - an individual, a double espresso, a good 4:30 a.m. workout - you consider essential to your success?
No one thing.
