Craig R. McClellan has the distinction of being both voted by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America and the first and only San Diego-based attorney selected for admission to the Inner Circle of Advocates. That prestigous invitation-only group limits membership to 100 of the top plaintiff's attorneys in the country.

Mr. McClellan's peers have recognized him because of the results he has consistently obtained for his clients over the years. One of the most successful trial attorneys in the country, since opening a private practice in 1987, he has recovered a quarter of a billion dollars for people he represents.

Mr. McClellan has focused his career on complex, high stakes litigation. Whether he is representing catastrophically injured individuals against product manufacturers, insurers and others, or businesses whose owners or shareholders have been harmed, his dedication to clients is legendary.

Mr. McClellan has obtained over 75 verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars, and is a three-time recipient of the "outstanding Trial Lawyer Award" from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for cases in which million and multi-million dollar verdicts were obtained. One of his final arguments is featured in Million Dollar Arguments. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Master of the American Inns of Court, and a Member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Chapter of the American Business Trial Lawyers. He has appeared on public radio and television programs, including 60 Minutes, 20/20, and the McNeil-Lehrer Report. One of his cases is featured in No Contest by Ralph Nader and Wesley J. Smith.

EDITORIAL REVIEW

He’s fighting Porsche for selling cars ordinary drivers find too “fast and furious” to drive safely. Deja vu: McClellan beat Porsche on a similar case in 1981.
