Rates/Fees : Brick's hourly rate is not inexpensive, but it is still a good value for his level of expertise and efficiency.
Comments: Brick is widely recognized within the ERISA community as the best ERISA lawyer in the world. He is an expert's expert. He has tremendous business knowledge and understands finance as well as most bankers, which is an asset when putting him in front of clients. He is thoughtful, careful and creative. I have worked with Brick for over 20 years and he has never steered me wrong. His advice is a trermendous resource.
