- Multi-million dollar recovery for businesses and their insurers involved in the Great Chicago Flood in Chicago,
Illinois.
- Represented Continental Airlines in connection with the Stapleton International Airport fuel farm fire in Denver,
Colorado.
- Represented insurers involved in the Ford River Rouge Powerhouse explosion in Dearborn, Michigan.
- Represented Illinois Bell Telephone Company in connection with the fire and ensuing telephone outage in the western
suburbs of Chicago.
- Involved in major catastrophic recovery actions for insurers and their insureds.
- Manages the product liability defense program for a major manufacturer.
- Has managed the defense of toxic tort claims for a major manufacturer.
