H. Ronald Klasko chaired the immigration law group at Philadelphia-based powerhouse Dechert before spinning off his own immigration boutique in 2004. He remains one of the most highly respected lawyers representing businesses in immigration matters, and is the co-author of "Employers' Immigration Compliance Guide." Klasko has served as president and general counsel of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, which gave Klasko its Founders Award in 1999 for his overall contribution to the field of law.
