Michael L. Gesas has been named chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. A partner in the firm’s Chicago office, Gesas focuses on bankruptcy law in Illinois and Chapter 11 representation in the State of Delaware. He represents creditors and commercial debtors in corporate and business reorganizations. The group is experienced in handling arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Paul R. Diamond has been named co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, joining fellow co-chair Joel M. Hurwitz. Based in Arnstein & Lehr’s Chicago office, Diamond practices real estate, business, and land use law. Based in Arnstein & Lehr’s Milwaukee office, Charles W. Pautsch has been named chair of Arnstein & Lehr’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. He has concentrated his practice in labor and employment law for more than thirty-five years.
