Baker Donelson Adds Corporate Attorney

Orlando, FL, February 25, 2013-  Baker Donelson announces the addition of Suzan Abramson to the Firm's Orlando office.

Ms. Abramson joins as of counsel and is a member of Baker Donelson's Securities and Corporate Governance practice group where she focuses her practice on public and private securities offerings, venture capital and private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She has served as outside general counsel for businesses across a wide spectrum of industries, having taken many businesses from their creation to an initial public offering and beyond. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Abramson was a business attorney at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. Ms. Abramson has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law since 2010, included in Florida Trend Magazine, Florida Legal Elite since 2011, and was named Best Lawyers' 2011 Orlando Corporate Law "Lawyer of the Year." She is a member of the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth, Greater Orlando Chapter.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, Ms. Abramson is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
