MIAMI – August 18, 2015 – The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP expands its Real Estate Practice with the addition of partner Charles D. Brecker to its Miami office.
 
Chuck represents residential and commercial real estate builders, developers and investors, in acquiring, financing, developing, building, selling and leasing residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. A seasoned real estate attorney, Chuck has been involved in some of the largest developments in South Florida and across the state, including a 580-acre residential community in Pembroke Pines, a 900-acre mixed-use development in Miramar and a 430-acre mixed-use project in Port St. Lucie. 
 
He has extensive experience working with developers in the creation of condominium and homeowners’ communities, hotel and office condominiums, and has handled resort and club real estate transactions. Chuck also represents local and national institutional lenders concerning a variety of real estate loan transactions, ranging from acquisition to construction lending.
 
Chuck brings to Arnstein & Lehr LLP the institutional knowledge of the South Florida real estate market and deep connections in our community. He is currently National Chair of the Urban Land Institute's Urban Development Mixed Use, Florida Vice Chair of the ULI's Community and Housing Development, Council Advisory Board of the ULI's Southeast Florida & Caribbean, serves on the board of the Florida Home Builders Association and is a member of the board of directors of the Builders Association of South Florida.

Chuck joins Arnstein & Lehr LLP from Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, PA. He earned his J.D., with honors, from University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1982 and received his B.A. from Temple University in 1974.
