Next year, Lawdragon and Human Resource Executive® will publish their 11th joint guide to the Most Powerful Corporate Employment Lawyers in the United States. Once again, we will be selecting 100 leading corporate employment lawyers (on the employer and defense side), as well as 20 outstanding specialists in Immigration, Employee Benefits and ERISA, traditional Labor and Employment, and 40 Up and Coming Employment Attorneys. We also will induct new attorneys to our Hall of Fame guide.
To facilitate a broad range of candidates, we have created the nomination form below. The deadline is Dec. 29, 2017.
The form can be submitted online or the information can be sent to John Ryan at firstname.lastname@example.org. In considering whether you are qualified for inclusion on this list, there are several characteristics candidates must have:
1) In practice a minimum of 15 years, and more often, 20.
2) Partnership in one’s firm, or in rare cases, senior counsel.
3) Leadership positions in relevant bar organizations.
4) Outstanding recommendations from clients and peers.
If you do not meet all these criteria, you may still apply. However, we encourage you to include an explanation as to why you do not possess one or more of the characteristics outlined.
We encourage you to use this form in one of three ways. 1) If you are a qualified employment defense attorney, please feel free to nominate yourself or another distinguished lawyer; 2) If you are a non-lawyer human resource professional, you can either a) forward this form to the attorney you believe should be considered and ask him or her to complete and submit the form; or b) complete as much of the form as possible with information about the attorney you would like us to consider and submit it. We will then follow up with the nominee for the additional information.
Results will be featured in a mid-2018 issue of HRE, as well as at lawdragon.com and in our 2018 print Magazine. Thank you very much for your participation.
