Appleby Grows Funds Practice

CAYMAN ISLANDS – 2 November 2015 – Leading offshore legal firm, Appleby, announces the arrival of a new partner, Sailaja Alla, who joins the Cayman funds practice today.

Sailaja is returning to Appleby having spent 7 years with the firm from 2000-2007 in Cayman and Hong Kong before leaving to join another offshore firm.  Sailaja has spent the last 3 years at Harney’s and she now has 15 years of funds experience, specialising in the formation, maintenance and restructuring of a range of investment funds utilising corporate, partnership and unit trust structures.
