Immigration law experience:

Elizabeth brings over a decade of business immigration experience to Pearl Law Group. She has particularly focused on advising foreign startups and established companies to pursue global expansion and securing work visas for their tech talent. Her local knowledge of the many startup hubs globally allows her to advise on both local and US based immigration growth strategies. Elizabeth’s broad network with VCs and government trade organizations allows her to be an advocate for her clients worldwide.

In the US and abroad, Elizabeth is frequently invited to speak on immigration topics at government, private sector and charity organizations.  She also serves as a Mentor for numerous startup communities, including RocketSpace, TechHub, Muru-D, and Europe-based Seedcamp.

What is your connection with immigration?

I remember my first year of law school we had an Immigration attorney visit our class to talk about her career. She was raising children and managed to build a career as well. She had a lasting impact on me and I still speak to her from time to time! I realized then, practicing immigration would allow me to have a powerful positive impact on people’s lives while also raising a family.

What is a fun fact about you?

I grew up south of Dallas, TX in a community so small that it’s not actually a town.  Forty years ago it was pretty far from anything; we would have to drive about 30 minutes to the nearest grocery store as well as to my school!
