Neal J. Kling, a Member of the firm, received his undergraduate degree in Business and Public Administration from Louisiana State University and his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. He represents clients in the areas of secured financing transactions, real estate transactions, real property and personal property leasing, maritime construction and finance and other commercial transactions.
Mr. Kling is a Fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Attorneys, a Member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, a member of Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association's and Section of Business Law, Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association. In the ABA's Section of Business Law he is the Chair of the Commercial Finance Committee and serves on the Section's Membership Committee. He is a member of the Maritime Financing Committee of the Maritime Law Association. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Tulane Law School. He has been a frequent speaker at numerous American Bar Association and other meetings.
