Tara A. Rodriguez

Tara Rodriguez heads the firm’s Client Management team. Tara maintains client communications with more than 3,000 Americans in ongoing terrorism cases concerning Iraq and Afghanistan.  Tara is well versed in our federal terrorism litigation, onboarding process, and attorney/client communications.  Prior to joining Sparacino PLLC, Tara practiced as a family law attorney in her home state of North Carolina with an emphasis on military family matters. She and her prior firm were successful in drafting complex legal pleadings and represented clients in all stages of litigation in both trial and appellate courts—to include the North Carolina State Supreme Court.  She has also worked alongside many military veterans in several voluntary endeavors. Tara interned with the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. and has also been a military spouse for over 29 years.  Tara’s husband is now a retired 3^rd Special Forces Group Warrant Officer with a combined seven combat tours to both Iraq and Afghanistan.  Tara graduated from Campbell University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Washington, D.C.
