After graduating from the University of Southampton with a degree in Law and Politics, O'Keefe completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law. She went on to train at a top regional law firm, qualifying into the firm's corporate department where she practiced for over two years before pursuing a career in legal recruitment. Prior to joining Macrae, O'Keefe worked for over ten years at Major, Lindsey & Africa where she successfully led the associate team before transitioning into partner level search.
O'Keefe is on the board of Women In Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) and is an avid supporter of diversity. O'Keefe is also a proponent for raising awareness of mental health within the legal industry. O'Keefe is currently studying to improve her spoken and written French and Italian.
