- In 2023, prevailed on a motion to dismiss in Texas state court, along with Beck Redden partner Matthew Whitley, on behalf of a prominent commercial developer whose development project was opposed by neighboring property owners.
- In 2022, prevailed on a motion for summary judgment, along with Beck Redden partner Jeff Golub in a federal lawsuit on behalf of a Fortune 500 wireless infrastructure company arising out of a municipality’s unlawful restriction on the company’s use of public rights of way.
- In 2021, prevailed on a motion for summary judgment limiting the scope of restrictive covenants in favor of property owners seeking to build on their properties.
- In 2018, along with Beck Redden Partner Fields Alexander prevailed in arbitration on behalf of a prominent Texas law firm in a dispute regarding entitlement to attorney’s fees.
- In 2017, along with Beck Redden Partner Fields Alexander won a complete defense verdict in a breach of contract case following a trial in West Virginia federal court arising out of an alleged failure to drill oil wells on behalf of a subsidiary of a global exploration and production company.
